Responsible

• Customer Assistance: Assist qualified clients in finding properties that meet their specific requirements for rent or purchase.
• Property Marketing: Source and market new properties, ensuring they are effectively listed and promoted on the company’s proprietary marketing system.
• Property Tours: Conduct tours of available properties to prospective tenants and buyers.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of rental and sales agreements between tenants and property owners.
• Marketing Events: Participate in both online and offline marketing events to promote available properties and enhance brand visibility.
• Reporting: Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates and presentations to supervisors on sales progress.
• Documentation & After-Sales: Ensure all required documentation is completed and assist clients through the sales process, providing after-sales support where necessary.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong managerial skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Charismatic with a smart attitude and an outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; service-oriented with a client-first mentality.
• High attention to detail, well-organized, and possess a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
• Proficient in English and Thai (other languages are a plus).
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and MacOS.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry, hospitality, or airlines is a plus but not required.
• Must agree to exclusively work for Kakar Holding Co. Ltd. and not work as a freelancer for other real estate companies or create any conflicts of interest.
